Holiday Dessert Drop

Happy Holidays, Cookie Crew.

With Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanza right around the corner - I wanted to introduce this years holiday cookie list! I’ll have most of these this weekend at the Orange Farmers Market. If you’d like to place a special order to pick up while I’m at the market, let me know and I’ll set yours aside.

If you’d like a dozen outside of this for one flavor, or anything not listed - place your order by December 19th.

Each dozen is $25.

1. Lab Byte: The Naughty List

   a soft baked black velvet cookie with mini chips inside and topped with Oreo crumbles. Have you been naughty or nice?

2. Lab Byte: Cinna Dust

   soft baked sugar cookie dusted with cinnamon and sugar. That classic “snickerdoodle” - Cookie Lab style

3. Peanut Butter Blossoms

   a holiday staple and frequently requested cookie - peanut butter cookies, sprinkled with red, green, or regular sanding sugar, topped with a Hershey kiss!

4. Grinch Heart Amaretti

   almond flour and egg white cookie, dusted with powder sugar, topped with a tiny heart

5. Grinch Heart Sugar

   Green sugar cookie rolled in sugar and topped with a little grinch heart

6. Sugar Plum Sparkles

   cue the dance of the sugar plum fairy! This is my favorite cookie to make - a sugar cookie rolled in purple and pink sanding sugars.

7. Holiday Spirit Blondies

   a crowd favorite and best seller - cake batter blondies topped with holiday sprinkles.

8. Dark Matter Brownies

   very fudgy, very rich, and decadent brownies. Perfect for chocolate lovers!

9. Mini Gingerbread Specimens

   soft baked or crunchy - these little specimens come in a pack of 6 and the perfect little treat!

10. Buddy the Elf Byte

    Full of Christmas cheer and everything Buddy would toss into a cookie! Peanut butter chips, Christmas sprinkles, m&ms, pretzels, chocolate chips, and a little bit of oatmeal. ( sorry, there’s no marshmallows or pop tarts like his spaghetti!)

11. Peanut Brittle Compound

    my take on peanut brittle. I only make this once a year, so be sure to grab some up!
